Refund policy

At Lagom, every piece is designed to feel just right. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
– Card payments are refunded to the same card
– Cash payments are refunded in cash

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability.
Any price difference will be applied. Exchanges must follow the original payment method.

Pre-orders are made especially for you and are non-refundable.
Items customized with initials are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
